DAYS OF TURMOIL:8

I was watching "The Grudge" that evening with my mom while eating lots and lots of popcorn.It was really fun especially when there are shocking sound effects and thrilling scenes.My mother wasn't used to movies like this so she was very scared while watching.There are times when she covers her eyes with pillows and that made me laugh.Tsk,she's corny but she never did that before so it was very surprising to see her like that.
"Hayley,change the dvd,its not nice.."Mom said.

"No way!! can't you see mom? i'm having fun!!" I told her.She grabbed the remote control on my hand and stopped the movie.The things went way too fast that i didn't managed to steal it back from her.Argh,its so frustrating..When I stared at my mother,she was smiling.

"Okay,I think we should try another one."

I scanned the other dvd's that we got at the shelf beside the tv but there was none.They were all old movies and I think I've already seen it a lot of times."I'm tired of these stuffs."

She went there to see it too.She scanned and pulled one.When I saw it,I slapped my forehead.You know what is it?The movie called TITANIC.Mom is really a weirdo or something! So old fashioned,soo horrible! Isn't she tired of Jack and Rose?Ugh,that movie was dead! dead! I can't even try to look at the case.It makes me sick.

"Mom?"I asked her with an expression of disgust on my face."Are you crazy??"

She shook her head."No? But its better that that horror movie."

Well,somehow,she has a point.Mom is scared so she doesn't want "The Grudge".But its crazy because she wants to watch Titanic."Uh.. I think watching tv instead of movie is better,what do you think?"I suggested,trying to make her forget about that stupid thing that she wants to do.

She agreed with me,thank God.I was about to switch the video mode into television when my cellphone rang.I left it above the refrigerator,so i ran to the kitchen to get it.It took few moments before i answered the call.

"Hello?" I greeted,with a very nice tone on my voice.

"Hahaha.." the voice said.

What is this? I was wondering.."Um,hello? can you tell me who you are? If you don't mind?"

"Are you prepared for the first day tomorrow Hayley?" The owner of the voice was a guy,I know.And it sounded familiar.But I dunno who is it.And what's that "first day" that he's talking about? Oh,wait. The seven days of turmoil,is it? So,the voice was Josh Farro? Or one of his friends?

I tried to ask him more."Hey,what do you want?"this time,i'm rude.

"Wait,wait.. be calm. I'm just asking."

"Mr.Farro? is this you?"

"Yes."

"How dare you to call me!!!" I yelled."Where the hell did you get my number huh? stalker!!"I heared Mom shout saying:"What's going on"

"So.." Josh continued. "Just giving you a clue on what's going to happen tomorrow so you won't be too much surprised."

He is so cruel.I never thought that he was serious. At first,it was like a prank or just a scaring thing for me.but I was wrong.And now,what am i going to do?"Uh,.."I said,trying to be calm."You know,if you've got nothing to do,just tease other people."

"I'm not teasing you."

"Huh?And what are you going to do?"

"Just take note of the word "Spider".."

"S-ss-spi-dder?"

"Oyea?"

"Now what?"

"Just prepare yourself."

"Stupid!!!"I screamed over the phone.And then,the line went off. The feeling was so unexplainable.Its like i wanted to throw something and scream.Mom came to me and asked what happened.I told her it was nothing and went to my bedroom.I slammed my body on the pillows and blankets.Why am I like this? Well,if Josh Farro was planning to do something unpleasant tomorrow,I'm gonna face it.I'm not afraid.But what about the spiders? What does he mean? Actually ,the spider is my greatest fear. Maybe he was planning to pour a pail of spiders all over me. NOOOO.. I'm dead after that. Anyways,i'm hoping everthing would be fine. It will be okay.. There's no reason to be afraid.
